Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will grant you full control over your email boxes and newsletters. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can create a new e-mailbox in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Moreover, you can forward mails from one mailbox to another, configure e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and defend your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming messages according to specific rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and set the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Simply choose the email mailbox you want to redirect email messages from, then choose the destination mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your liking to access your mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you would like to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email box accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
